Zoe- Thank you. No specific plan. Just working out every day and counting calories. Wheat bread instead of white, no junk food (been slacking on that a little, gotta get back on track), nothing fried, more water, fruits, veggies. You can find the day to day ups and downs, food, weights, etc on my blog. Im not perfect, lol, its definately been a journey.
