I haven't tried it myself, but I think it would work okay, for what it's worth. You might have to cook it a little longer because of the extra moisture, but be careful not to overcook. You'll have to experiment for amounts, unless anyone else has tried it. I tend to like things like this a little less sweet. This is a great recipe though, I love it with a spoonful of sugarfree strawberry preserves on top.
