What online sites has everyone used that have videos and workout routines that are good for beginners? I'm just starting to get back into exercising regularly and I would like to do something other than just using the machines at the gym.

I have looked at Self and Shape online and I am a big fan of the fitness channel on better.tv. I like that they have videos that demonstrate the exercises and they also give a commentary of what part of the body the exercise is working.

I'm always looking for new ideas so anything you guys can offer would be great!

This is exactly what I'm looking for. Thank you! I have found exercises on Self before but this is the first time I've been to About for fitness routines. There is lots of great stuff! I like that they have no equipment and no weight workouts that I can easily do from home.

I started doing some different lunges and ab work that they show on better.tv which have been great. I've also thought about getting a jump rope and doing exercises with that. Have you ever jump roped? I've heard that it's a great cardio workout and a big fitness craze right now. They have a video online and it looks like quite a workout!
