I made my first mini goal but didn't my second. I was bummed but then I did a self-evaluation of everything that I had accomplished (NSV) during that time and I was really amazed at how much I had done.
Maybe, you could do that. Write down everything positive you have done during this time: ie; made better choices when you were out dining, did a non-food activity when tempted to eat, talked to a friend when you were bummed rather than talk to the refrigerator,etc. You get the idea.
All of that counts too.
