Default Slim in 6, Burn It Up !!!

I have been doing the Slim in 6, for abt 2 mths. now.
I am finally on the Burn it Up , the 3rd one, and most difficult one, but GOOD!
I like the burn it up one the best of the three, start it up, ramp it up, then burn it up. I do agree with others in previous posts, it takes longer than 6 wks to really lose weight and keep it off, and be healthy while doing so!
does anybody else do any of these, and if so, how did you lke them???

I am currently doing Slim in 6. I'm on week 2 and doing ramp it up. Of course, it takes longer than 6 weeks (have you seen their examples....all those people look like they just need to tone up, not lose lots and lots of weight). I love SI6. I've only been doing it for a week and I already feel smaller. My waist looks a bit more defined. Maybe it's all in my head, who knows. But I do like the feeling when I finish a workout. And I like feeling lighter and tighter.

I am dreading Burn It Up. I rememeber doing SI6 a couple of years back and that workout was a real butt-kicker!!!

This is on my Christmas list and I'm going to start the series in the new year. Can't wait to start something new and challenging. I'd love to hear how others are doing with this.

I really like the 6I6 workouts.
The burn it up is a killer, though! I ended up doing the cardio in the morning, then the mat work in the evening.

I've always wondered if it was as "effective" if you split up the workout. Any thoughts on that fiberlover?

I don't really know if it hurts to break the workout up or not. I think studies have shown that you can get most of the same benefits of exercise spread out throughout the day vs doing it all at once.
I just couldn't get through the whole thing without resting - so I figured it was better to split it in half and give each part my all, rather than pooping out LOL!

I love the Slim in 6 series, but I usually have to split the Burn it Up workout in two, otherwise I won't get the whole thing done.

I have it too, but just don't stay motivated! I have had it for a year now, and did see results in the first (and only) 3 weeks, but then got sidetracked again. Looking to start again!! (And stick with it!!)
