I'm with you Trazey. Sounds good, but maybe a bit too good. I wouldn't be able to stop.

I'm trying to remember.....when I was a kid my mom used to take ff cool whip, sugar free jello and maybe a packet of knox unflavored geletin and mix them together and make the graham cracker sandwiches and pop them into the freezer. They were awesome little sweet treats! I'm going over there for dinner tonight, I might have to raid the recipe box and see if she ever wrote it down as I'm sure she doesn't remember it 25 years later!

I actually made some flan last night for a party. Made Vanilla pudding, Cool whip, some cinnamon, blend it all together and whola, you have flan. Had a small taste last night and it seems like a good alternitive to those who LOVE ice cream. Just can't have to much, bc it's not super good for you, but certainly better than some things.

You can buy sugar free cool whip or ff cool whip which ever one you like and you can buy low fat graham crackers which I think would not have many calories. I have eaten this and really like this for a snack .

I eat graham crackers and FF cool whip almost every night. I look forward to it everyday. I eat it very slowly. It's almost a game to see how long I can make it last. I love trying the different flavors of graham crackers

Not a chance! No way, no how. I wouldn't stop. Can't even have graham crackers in the house.

My mom did this with a little peanut butter, cool whip & sugar free chocolate pudding. We called em Smunchies. I bet I still have the recipe somewhere, but don't hold your breath.

I have to agree with both the sides here. It sounds so good, but I know what I would do with a box of graham crackers. I would probably do the right thing with the ff cool whip (maybe freeze it) and enjoy it, but the box of graham crackers would be calling my name. I would have a hard time not eating the whole box of them dipping them in milk.
So, I agree the ff cool whip and the lowfat crackers is a good idea, but not for me. I will have to pass on trying that!! LOL
I don't know if I could stop myself from eating more than I should. I guess the crackers would be a trigger for me to binge and eat more.
God Bless,
Tari
