Girl I totally feel ya! I am on that same road. I was down to 182, then managed to eat my lazy butt back up to 187. Just stop it while you still have the willpower...I know the crap food is delicious, but think about that sexy body you'll have if you work hard and eat right! I have managed to get my weight dropping again and it feels SO good. Those few pounds will come off really quick Atleast you caught it before it got out of hand!

You have done such a GREAT job. And I know you CAN and WILL continue to do so. Good for you for recognizing that the poor eating MUST stop. It's just not worth it - period. Your body deserves better then that. YOU deserve better then that. Good luck to you.

Just think...this is the perfect time to buckle down and knock off as much as possible, because summer is a few months away and imagine the shock on everyone's face when you slip into those shorts and you look amazing! right now I can hide behind blue jeans, sweaters, and coats, but I am keeping in mind that shorts and a bathing suit is coming...and I want to feel amazing this summer!

Think of something you can aim for like that, then write you plan down...do it again if it's already written down, so you can really focus on it again. Then just make yourself do it. WE CAN DO THIS! It is so very hard right now to make myself be good, but I deserve to feel better and it's time for a little tough self-love.

you got it, it just ain't worth it!

going up a few pounds scares the crap outta me cuz I know it's soooooo easy to pile on a ton in a heartbeat -- the dread of it all coming back and then some is enough to get me moving again LOL I can't lose this all over again, ugh, what a tragedy that would be!!!

Girl, I'm right there with you. I've been totally on plan, but this weekend I have made some poor choices (fast food TWICE? Eeewww!). Seize this moment right now to get back on plan. That's what I'm going to do.

Hey there Bailey's Mom,
Trying to get back on track sure does suck. I went off the rails just for a day and MAN, the next day my body was NOT cooperative. It's a vicious cycle for sure. But you did it before, you can do it again. Just take it one meal at a time!

Hey at least you had the mindset to come here & post about it. It's only 3 pounds, not 10, hey, not even 5!! You already know what to do to lose, you just have to do it. Same as us all.

Alana Jo, I understand. I'm also struggling...again! But, you're still here on 3FC and you realize what is happening. That is a big part of this battle. Just keep trying. You'll get there soon.

I totally can relate. Before last week I weighed 234.... As of this morning I weighed 238. UGGGHHHH!!!! So my goal this week is to cut a little more calories from 1500 to 1300 a day and do a little more exercise so I can lose those as much of the 4 pounds as I can.... It is really hard. But I am not going to stress about it. Im just going to be really strict this week and then Ill just keep going

Hang in there! You've recognized what you're doing. Good. Now the harder part. Stopping.
Step away from the junk food! While you're at it, step onto the treadmill!

You can do it!!!!!

I need to jump on this bandwagon, I have been struggling, and for the past 4 days was only on plan 2 days, with one of them being a bad binge day . I am so afraid to go on the scale, because I know it is up. I can't let this go on. It stops now!!!!!!!

Hang in there honey! This time of year is especially hard on those of us trying to lose weight or even working to maintain the loss, but its really just a small time frame and then it gets easier. Dont try and take it a week or even a day at a time, right now I'm taking it a meal at a time. I'm struggling too, but keep on pushing through and we can do this !
