Question Does your hair grow faster since eating healthier and exercising?

I've noticed my hair is growing alot faster. I guess I wasn't getting certain vitamins and nutrients I do now.

How about you all?

I was just thinking about that this morning. I had 3 inches cut off a couple of months ago and I already need to get it cut again... hhhmmmm... interesting.

I'm actually losing hair faster dieting. It might be coincidence though. As I was adopted, I don't know what my bio parents hairlines were like, so I might have inherited a tendency towards middle-age hair loss.

I haven't noticed any growth rate change, but it's MUCH shinier than it used to be.

Mine thinned out a lot while I was losing and kept at it the first several months of maintenance. Now it grows like wildfire and is quite shiny and thick.

Mine has always grown like a weed also but I have found more seems to be coming out when I wash it than before. Before I was eating terrible. Not a healthy, all the required amounts of the four basic food groups way of eating. Now, I eat all the required amounts of the four basic food groups everyday. You would think this would make my hair better not fall out lol. It is shinier and feels good but darn I wish it would stop coming out lol. I don't low carb either. Averages are 1217 calories, 27 fat, 178 carbs. 21% fat, 55% carbs, 24% protein. Any ideas?

Well that's a nice perk! I always get color in my cheeks (pale to pink) probably from actually nourishing my body for once, but my hair thins when I diet. I think that happens more with low carb dieting. I took biotin last time and it did help after a few weeks.
