Me: 180, up one pound from last week. Ugh. I was hoping to never see the 180's again in my life. It's my own fault for going overboard with the eating so much last month. Maybe some part of my brain thinks my body needs to fatten up for winter! I just have to make sure the sane parts of brain at the ones I use when I start reaching for things to cram into my mouth.
Down one pound from last friday but been maintaing that one pound loss for a week (I was hoping to see 139 today...oh well). So, I am 140 today..but still a pound down from last friday!!!
192.5.. so no real change since last week, but another inch in my waist and my hips, so that's enough to keep me going, though it's frustrating hardly seeing any change on the scale
202, same as last week but that was expected since I didn't do a darned thing except once this week. Starting today, it's on! Looking to post some good numbers next week!
Down 1 pound this morning! Woo hoo! Been awhile since I have seen that number going in the right direction! Feels good! Yup, it does! I also had a couple of NSV this week as well. One, I managed to keep my scale watching to 3 times total (very very good for me!) And! One night this week I had already eaten my dessert after dinner and had that feeling...you know the one I mean...that whispering about all the leftover Halloween candy that is in the kitchen...well, instead of listening to it, I went into the living room and did some yoga stretches that I most enjoy...the WHISPERING STOPPED! And I didn't eat any more calories! YES!!!
Ups: always feels good to be eating well and excercising more, and I feel motivated for the first time in quite a while (I've been down and up, up, and down with my wt for the past 7 years).
Downs: a bit overwhelmed with all the info I've been reading this week: weight watchers vs counting calories on my own; my daily plate vs calorie count plus vs fitday; etc.
Goals for upcoming week: more veggies, less white food, more exercise, stay within calorie goal each day, post weight next week for accountability.
