Default Detox Diet?

Good evening everyone!

I am wondering if anyone has had any experience with detoxing. I've been considering doing a detox diet for a week to see if it will help me with my weight loss. Has anyone done it? How were the results?

Unless there is some specific concern-such as detoxing drugs, etc. out of your system, there is no need to detox your body for weight loss by doing any sort of fasting, pills, or detox concoction.

The body cleans itself out naturally, and the best detox in the world is simply to stop putting junk into it. Change your diet to healthier foods-whole foods if possible instead of heavily processed. Drink lots of water, tea, and other natural things instead of sodas, etc. Plenty of fruits and vegetables. Your body will naturally do the rest.
