Me: 179, up 1 pound from last week. Been a weeks of ups and down. Got as low as 176.5. My eating has been screwy for the past couple of days due to time off from work. Next week will be more normal.
My ticker refuses to work. Maybe that will be back to normal next week.
I cheated and weighed in 3 days ago, but I was happy to see the drop to 193 then, and I'm happy to see that I'm still there! That's 5lbs in 14 days which is absolutely not too shabby in my book ... slow and steady wins the race, right?
I've also lost an inch on my waist and my hips, as i reported the other day. I probably would have been able to come back and report another lb lost today but the last two days at work were really hectic and I didn't make it to the gym and I wasn't eating enough, which I am certain slowed me down....
I actually wore a size 12 pant to work yesterday.. they were a little snug but i let laundry day go a little long and it was a choice between a half size too small or my old fat pants from when I was 220+ and since my 14s and 16s (the sizes i've been wearing the last couple of years) are sliding off my butt, I felt snug was the route to go...
I really don't know how that happened as I had a couple of bad days but I'll take it. Two more pounds and I'll be down to where I was before I fell off the wagon in July. I can do this
Same as last friday...141. But i have a really good feeling that i will see 140 this weekend. just gotta keep excersizing and eating light and drinking that water. I know i can see 140!!!!
156...AGAIN! But I will take it because I had a couple of truly horrifying food days and my workouts except for my yoga stretches have been a little spotty this week due to being busy and PMSing! TOM should be here any second so I hope to see a loss soon... Oh well...I am a practicing maintainer!!! Congrats everybody!
