I am so frigging hungry today! This morning at 6:45 I had 4 scrambled egg whites with a big handfull of sauteed mushroom and onions. Then a banana. Then at 10:30 I had one serving of pretzels and I am starving!!!
I am having subway for lunch, I hope it cures me......this is not a good day to be ravenous, with candy and cookies and muffins all around me at work.
Make sure you eat some healthy alternatives, such as a pre-measured serving of nuts/raisins or some low fat yogurt. I find the lure of candy, etc. to be much worse when I'm hungry than when I'm full. And I'm more likely to binge on it (vs. just having one piece) when I'm hungry.
