No bad breath.
I say that because when I was doing Atkins last January, I had HORRIBLE HORRIBLE breath!

Not on SBD! I'm still in P1, so maybe my breath is due to milk and more sugar in things like low sodium vegetable juice.

Anyone else know what I am talking about?

The bad breath is caused by ketosis which you should not go into when doing South Beach because you are getting the healthy carbs from dairy and vegetables.
