I don't know if anyone else is having Customer Appreciation Month this October, but mine is. I kept "stalling", & one of the girls at my center suggested I try control trim. It is on special at my center this month, you buy the caps, & they give you a container of powder for free. This morning for breakfast, I had 2 capsules before breakfast, then I had 2 eggs, a packet of instant grits with the powder mixed in, & some juice. The powder makes your food go a lot further, (it is a bulk extender), plus it is like you have had extra oatmeal. It is now 1:30pm & I am still stuffed. And it helps with you-know-what. And, as you guys know, oatmeal is recommended for anybody with high cholesteral, so you get an extra benefit. Plus, is anyone elses center playing bingo this month???
