Default Carb free sweeteners..

I've been looking into getting some liquid "splenda" its really just liquid sucralose. One brand has a fiber additive. But in my research I'm seeing stuff about stevia too. Both the liquid products are carb free which is my goal with the sweetner I'm just wondering if anyone has tried either product and your feelings on it.

My understanding is that the stevia has a bitter aftertaste but the sucralose does not.

Any thoughts? Thanks!

I don't use much of it but...Splenda tastes pretty much like sugar, there is no aftertaste. Stevia has a distinct aftertaste.

I've got liquid stevia and there's not really much of an aftertaste for me. Also, I've read that depending on what brand you get, the concentration, etc., it can be more or less bitter. I've never used the liquid splenda, so I can't really comment on that one I dig the stevia for things like tea (hot and cold), but haven't attempted to use it in anything else, yet.
