As of today, I am changing my WI day from Monday to Friday. Since Monday, I have lost 2.25 pounds. Hopefully by next Friday, I will be under the 130 pound mark. Working hard to achieve that mini goal.

Supper:
chicken parm. 16.5 pt
apple pie 7 pt.
ice cream 4 pt.
Total Points: 38 points
I am starting to count Fridays as a treat day for me.
