Question The Biggest Loser Club
I was wondering if anybody has joined the Biggest Loser Club. (on that website)Can you tell me about it? What is the diet plan like?
I'm thinking of buying the workout book too.

I joined last year, and all I got was an inbox full of advertisements. I did not like it at all and after a few weeks, I quit.

I did get one good soup recipe out of it.
