it's_my_life... I have been a walker for several years.. I walk 3.5+ miles almost every day.. I have heard of Leslie Sansones tapes but have never tried them.. I like to walk outdoors. Since I live just a mile from the Gulf of Mexico that is where I walk. I started walking for weight control and just to get myself into better health. I neglected myself for many years so that took a lot of work. I lost 57 lbs and now feel much better. I also have osteoarthritis. That in itself is a good reason to keep moving.I also want to lose a little more weight. I seem to be at a standstill for a couple years now. I guess my body has gotten to where it wants to be. I will keep plugging away though. Joanne
