Well I am going to set my goal high of course I always do but I have a method to my madness this time. Since I have been sick the past 3 weeks I have not been doing a lot of being OP. My mom and brother were actully cooking and there was no exercise other than what I was doing at school AKA walking. So this week i am getting back POP and so I figure that I will drop a good bit of water weight to start with. Sooooo here are my goals...
Halloween 10 lbs
Thanksgiving 20 lbs
gotta go time to make a POP breakfast!
