Congratulations on your success. I was told that I would go on green at 138 and I am the same height as you are. I got a good explanation of the way they determine which plan a person is on. The COD is using a chart based on the healthy weight range for a particular height. Looking at the chart at http://www.health.gov/dietaryguideli.../chapter4.html I would think that you would go on green.

week 39
LAWL franchise center
Plan 2 with lites

I never got to green since I moved to the numbered plans so I am relying on prior posts. The info I found says that you lose 1 fruit and 1 vegetable from what you have on gold.

The link did not work for me either, but that is a wonderful site with great publications. Thanks so much for posting it. I checked out the different publications and tried to find a chapter 4 (like in the link) but could not find the chart. Which publication was it in?

Thanks again
Roberta

I don't know what happens. It looks like it is complete, but when I post it then it gets abbreviated. It looks like it is working now. Try it again.

I'm pms(ing) and wanted ice cream tonight, but I came to this site and saw the link that Roberta asked for and Lynn posted. After finding out the sobering information that I'm still considered overweight, I think I'll forego the ice cream. Thanks for the motivation!!!!!

If it's any consolation, my size 8 body with a 29 inch waist, well it's considered on the higher side of overweight. It's the whole reason I went to stabilization 10 pounds above my origina goal weight, I knew the number on the scale is just a tiny measure.

Naomi, how active are you? That makes a difference in what plan you're on too.

I am not active at all, I have been really sick for about 6 weeks and my job has changed so when I used to be on my feet all day and using the treadmill I now sit at a desk and haven't worked out since Sept long weekend.
