Breakfast:
2 coffees/blk
1 cup Curves cereal w/1/2 cup Soy milk (plain)
Snack/lunch:
1 coffee/blk
1 WW ice cream bar
20 small pretzels
Dinner:
2 eggs, scrambled
2 pumpernickel toast w/butter
Snack:
1 cup Soy choc milk/hot
water - only 32 oz today!
