Question Adding Plan information to signatures: what do you think?

I noticed that some of us are on the color coded plans, some are on the newer numbered plans. I am getting a little confused when reading the posts and have seen a couple of suggestions/requests that we state which plan we are on so food/meal suggestions can be easily understood by either plan follower.

What do you'all think of adding the plan you are on to our signatures? I am going to do this, personally, to simplify things and wanted to throw this suggestion out there for discussion/feedback.

Anyone?

Roberta

I am sorry, should have said in my post that it was your idea. I knew I read it somewhere and just got lazy searching the thread where it came up.

Thanks for suggesting it.

Don't worry Shhhhh, I am sure Lynn is just fine. Everyone around here is pretty darn easy going. I am glad you started this thread, and I will change mine to my signature too .
XOXO

Great, Lynn.

Changed my signature to add the COD I go to. I am really getting the hang of this signature and customizing it. I am sitting here sipping my lemon water. I am glad that my medical leave is almost over - I totally need that "go and step on the scale" accountability. I had a couple of reallllly awful days where I ate everything in sight. Did a FF past two days and the cravings totally disappeared. I did the same one they gave us in the beginning, unlimited green salad veggies and unlimited proteins since I can't do Lites or Lunas.

I would just like to remind everyone, that when you add or change things in your signatures, that you check your signature length against the little guide in your user control panel, and check the 3FC policy on signature length.

Lengthy signatures, especially when multiple members have them, are hard on those who still use dial up internet service. It takes much longer for their pages to load. Some members only have dial up service available to them, if they live in certain locations.

bumping up
Please everyone put your plan info somewhere either as part of your signature or in your profile.
There are too many plans and therefore too much research that needs to be done sometimes before we can attempt to give correct info in answer to specific questions.
