Default mypyramid.org- following that plan for a while

so im going to follow the http://www.mypyramid.gov diet plan and see what happens.

they gave me a 2000 calorie diet plan and i'm exercising 2hours or more each day.

Lets see what happens! My mom bought all this stuff from the flea market so i should be good for a few weeks!

anyone else use that website. i always was against the food plan but it will help me eat more from every food group

I kind of hate the food pyramid because it doesn't work for me :P I'm allergic to dairy and sensitive to the hormones in eggs and meat, so I'm almost vegetarian (do eat fish once or twice a week though). I also cannot eat gluten so it's impossible for me to get the full serving of grain out of brown rice :P Oy..
