I started my diet in April of 2006 and to my amazement lost 10 # in just one month. By October I'd dropped 35 lb, but then I hit a plateau and stuck between 270 and 275 for the longest time. But now I'm moving again and on my weigh-in this morning I passed 40 # gone! Last edited by ANOther; 09-19-2007 at 11:12 AM.
