I'm with Sandi, what in the world is a Swedish Detox diet?

Whatever it is, good luck getting back on track. You will be sooo much happier when you do so. Just keep that in mind.

I have heard that Women's World has a reputation for endorsing very unhealthy, unresearched diets with unvalidated claims to weight loss. (such as *******). Anyone else heard this?
