last night was a mates stag do we went for a curry and a few beers. i had no rice although i did have 5 papadoms, i had 1 beer all night and that was an ale. but i finished the night off with a box of spicy potatos and a kebab which i ate the pitta bread for.
yes its a setback but actually i don't think its much of a problem i think its good to trick the body into things keeps it on its toes and out of the comfort zone.
so today i'm not eating much just drinking water to flush out the system and back on induction tomorrow. weigh in is thursday and i'm looking at a few pounds gain. not a problem in the big picture.
