How long have you been OP? What kinds of foods are you eating? are you drinking diet soda? sugarfree treats? I wouldn't wory about it unless it lasts a more than a few days it may just be your body reacting to your new way of eating, or could it be TOM? hard to say I'm sure it will pas.
Whenever I get bloated while doing low carb it usually means I'm not getting enough veggies. Make yourself a nice big salad with a homemade vinegar/oil dressing.. light on the vinegar. Eating a big salad with some olive oil once a day will do wonders for bloating and constipation. As will some good nuts, Walnuts are pretty good for low carbing.
ummm....well i really want the recipe for the dressing, but i get bloated at first too. i have been on and off the diet and sometimes, i feel like im pregnant or something. tummy gets a little pudgy so i stop.
