The only one I've ever bought was the Fat Book by Karen Bellerson. I believe it's updated/revised every year or two.

I've heard good things about the one they sell on the calorieking site. You can buy it on Amazon as well; it's updated yearly to add the newest fast foods etc., and it's around $8, I believe? I've never used it, though, so that's all hearsay.

If you want something in addition to a book, 3fc has a calorie counter!

I have a book called the every diet diary, I love that book, and now that I think of it I should dig it out someday! It has calorie, carb, protein, serving sizes...basically a nutrition label for alot of foods in it. It also has places for you to write down goals, and what you had to eat for the day, and all sorts of stuff in it.

I was going to buy the book from calorie king. but I went to Kmart and they didnt have it but they had a book called The Complete Book of Food Counts by Corinne T. Netzer. Its in its 7th Edition and is a best seller. it was only 5.99. AND it seems to have everyhing in it. So it will do. Thanks for everyone input

I love the calorie king book because it'll go in my purse & it has a lot of restaurants. The website is good too & has a larger catalog of items.
