I stepped on my home scale for my 'official' monthly weight for another board I post on and I am 140.2 I did it 3 time withing 30min and it said the same thing so only 10.2 pounds to my goal!! and words of wisdom for those last 10 pounds?
Congratulations - it must feel fabulous to be so close to your goal! I'm only about half way to my goal, so I don't have any advice for you regarding the last 10 pounds, but based on your success so far, I'm sure you can do it!!

I did most of it without LAWL (I was 159.0 when I started LAWL) but it has been so much easier with it!!!
