Smile Dance with me!!!!
The waist just keeps shrinking!!!!

I'm starting to see my curves (Real ones, not jelly rolls). My waist has gone down a whopping 6 inches!!! I measured this morning in at 50. When I started the gym about three weeks ago it was 56!.

My total loss from my highest measurement is 8 inches.

I've got 18 inches to go until I reach my goal. I'm sure it will slow down but still at least I'm in the teens now.

I swear I love you guys. Coming in every morning has really helped me stay on plan.

WOW 6 inches in 3 weeks. I'm jealous, my waist has never gone down that quickly. My measurements and weight are always at a snails pace. I'm not complaining, because they are going in the right direction.

Outstanding, Temple! It has taken me 3.5 mos. to loe 5" off my waist, and I'm thrilled with THAT! Isn't this visible progress stuff fun?
