Default stuck, express

Ok, so all of you know that I did juice Thursday & Friday. I actually gained!!!!! Eating nothing but salad, a couple of eggs, chicken & fish. So, starting tomorrow, I am going on express for a month. I am starting tomorrow because I am having hamburgers tonight for supper, & I know that beef will be out. Wish me luck!

Don't worry, it's just water retention. The same thing happened to me the first time I did TO. By the end of the week I was down 3.5 lbs. It takes a couple of days to show the effects on the scale.

Another hint is maybe you should eat the same protein on TO. My COD says to eat the same protein for both days on TO. Course that doesn't help you now that you are done with TO.

I've also heard that a few days after TO is when you may see the weight come off. So give it a few more days. Keep your head up!!!

the new plan says you can have different proteins, as long as it is 6 oz. And I clarified it today.

my TO plan actually shows using 3 different proteins in a day. Glad to see I'm not the only one.

Mine says that too, but the manager at my COD still suggested using the same protein for better results.
