even though there are no after's yet, here are my old and current photos. the top left picture is the only pregnant photo.. all the rest are non pregnant. please excuse the "boobage" exposure on the black dress one but i thought a side by side of me wearing the exact same dress would be great. i will update once more when i hit my next mark of 170 lbs. this post is celebrating 1 year since i started my weightloss journey.
stats for current photos:
weight: 195 & 193 lbs
jean size: 11

after the post i made yesterday about how even though i had lost 100+ pounds i still couldnt see a difference in the way i looked when i saw myself in the mirror.. some of you gave me the courage to put my pictures side by side and compare.. well the results are in and i wanted to thank you all for giving me the idea to do that and finally posting them up on here. you can go see them on the link in my signature.
Wow!!! You are looking great!! How can you not see a difference????? Your shoulders are definately smaller and more defined, you chest looks much smaller (but in a good way, you still got a nice rack on you, if you don't mind me saying???), in the second set of pics, i can tell your arms look smaller, your waist definately looks slimmer. Girl...you are looking hot!!! Keep up with what you are doing!! It is soooo working!!
I am soooo glad you posted your pics!! Girl...you look awesome!! I can sooo see a difference. And if you can't...then you should get some glasses!!! lol. Keep doing what you are doing!!
It really is a BIG difference! (Please don't take this the wrong way because it's meant as a compliment...) In the first set of pictures, you look like an obese person, while in the second set you are just a reasonably normal, average person who could stand to drop a few more pounds. You have a lot more of a waist and definition in your arms and chest.
Can I use your body shot with my head and pretend it belongs to me? My husband might know the difference. You have come such a long way. I don't know how you couldn't see that.
on the weight loss you look great what a difference in the photographs. I think you find it harder to see the weight loss in yourself as it is something gradually done and like most of us you still still the negative bits rather than all the positives.
Keep up the good work and good luck for the rest of your weight loss journey and reaching the final goal
