What a Struggle
Hey Guys and Girls,
I have been ging thru a struggle with my weight the last few months, since i moved in with my son... I hae only gained a pounds but at least i didnt gain alot of weight ....
In 3 months Thanksgiving will be here my start date of 1 year.... I want to get to my goal of 150 or near my goal....so back on track....ughhhh my first setback....

I dont know how to kick this, I am knowing today is the day and sticing to it, I can exercise much because of my back, on WC....even walking is taking a chance,,,,,so going to clean the house spotless a little at a time to get up and move....

Mmmm, water. We got a mini water cooler. Just like that only it is small enough to sit on a counter. An investment I am so happy with!

Water coolers are awesome! I have one at my workplace, but I sometimes feel like I'm the only one changing out the bottles. I'm no Arnold; those things are heavy! But at least I get some weight training in.

since i no longer drink soda even diet, I love water, I alway chose it over anything, I had a coke a week ago and could only drink 2 sips.... I hated water 9 mnths ago...wow what achange!

You are a maintainer in training! I think most of us on this board can attest to the challenge of maintaining weight after we've lost, and it sounds like you got it goin' on! Looking forward to your post the week before Thanksgiving telling us you've hit your goal!
