Default New Curves bars?

I noticed these at the grocery store today when I was shopping. I was just wondering if anything has compared the nutrional facts on these with the LA bars or the luna bars to see if they were comparable, it looked like it was pretty much the same less calories but less fiber I think and low sugar count too. Just wondering what my other options are out there. Let me know.
Thanks
Nanette

I noticed them too but haven't done a comparison. I'd be interested since I"ve been doing the Luna's to supplement the lites I have. I didn't get enough to get me through the entire program.

I haven't seen the bars in my area yet, but I did notice a couple of cereals on the shelf the last time I went grocery shopping. I picked up a box just for kicks but I have not tried it yet or looked over the nutrition label. I tend to be an impulse shopper but I will let you know if it tastes any good.

I am sure the center would tell you that you wouldn't be able to have it since they want you to be their la lites.

I saw the Curves bars, but I don't think they are comparable. I think they could maybe count as a starch once in awhile (like when we sneak the 100 calorie packs), but they don't have soy protein to fill you up, they are low on fiber, so again no fullness factor, and they are only 100 calories, which in this case calories = energy. If you don't want to use the Lites, I would stick w/Lunas, Kashi Crunchy, Pria Complete and the new Special K meal bars. If you find anything else out there, just make sure it has the soy protein (around 8g I think) and between 160-180 calories. (Doing this from memory as I'm at work)

Cassie,
Thanks for your input. I have been having the luna bars and just wanted to see what my other options are, I will try the kashi crunchy and pria complete if I need variety.
Thanks again.
