Ok I just got done watching Made where this girl wanted to be a boxer......that show inspires me...almost everytime I watch one I get into it and start working out with them. This one though the girl was Made and became a boxer and I started crying when she did (I think that has more to do with the TOM than anything else lol). Do any of you have a show that just motivates you to get up and move?
I love MADE on MTV. I think I have some repressed high school/childhood issues i need to deal with, LOL. Celebrity Fit Club also motivates me and makes me want to stick to my plan.
Celebrity Fit Club motivates me to stay on plan, though I actually tried that Fat Smash Diet that they follow on that show and it didn't really work for me. I found it boring and bland and impossible to follow, not to mention I followed "detox" religiously and hardly lost a thing
