Default Do you ever have those days...

when you just want to do nothing? I can be very energetic and on plan for a few days at a time and then I just seem to fade out for a day or two. I can't seem to get in gear to exercise and feel just plain worn out.

It happens! I know that if you can possibly force yourself to get out and do something, you usually feel better. That's how it is with me. Otherwise, the sluggish feeling really takes control.
Maybe today is better for you!

Hi Mermom! I have those days too. I have mixed feelings about them ; on one hand I feel giving myself the 'downtime' is good, on the other hand , sometimes it invites depression, which has a much longer hold. I have a dog, a big dog, so she does not let me have days where I can do nothing, I have to go out at least to see the sun shine and let her do her thing, take a tiny stroll that way. Most days we go hiking for about an hour, so she gets kind of disappointed, and I hate doing that. It helps to be accountable to a dog.... ~Jen
