Don't laugh too loud, here. Before I checked the BMI online tool, I measured my height and I thought I had shrunk down to 5'1 1/2, but I am much closer to 5'2" so I am using that number. At my current weight, I just moved from obese to overweight. I thought I had a few more pounds to lose to do that. Thanks for sharing the article, Dan.

Thanks for sharing this story. I am glad that I am working to improve my health and eating habits, and look forward to being a good example for my three kids. I hope that healthy eating habits are easier to instill in children than they are in adults
