What Plan is Everybody On?
I'm on red w/lites. I'm not sure if I should be on this one. I'm thinking I should be on blue w/lites.

Hi Sherry
I started the plan at 191, and was on Purple w/ lites. They switched me to gold at 187. Hope that helps.

It's lower than red. I think its between red and gold. I never saw a blue plan so not sure what that one is.

I've been on blue when I first started (originally), and they usually only give it to people with crazy schedules. While I have a "normal" schedule (7-3), I'm not able to just stop and eat every two hours. I've been away from the boards for so long, I forgot a lot of important info! LOL

Sherry - I would think w/the normal hours you would be on purple. That's what I was on until school started and then I was switched to blue.

I'm maintaining on Red with a Lite.
If I wasn't such a gym rat, I would've started at 172 pounds on gold and been maintaining from gold.

thanks Heather & Cassi. I will see how far I get on red with losing before I request a switch up.
I'm just having a hard time getting in all the V's, and believe it or not, the S's. (I'm stingy with my starches!!)

Sherry - Check out some of the old Daily Menu Threads for some ideas. If you're on red and get three, you should just have one at each meal. Believe me, it's EASY!!!!!

A couple of years ago I bought the LAWL plan on EBay. Bottom line is that I needed the accountablilty, so I am now going to the center. The plan included guidelines for which plan to be on according to age, if you are a shift worker, if your activity level is greater than 5 hours a week and if you are male or female. A healthy female 18-65 years old has the following guidelines: Ideal weight + 10 green, ideal weight + 24 is gold, weight + 60 should be on purple, ideal weight + 80 red and ideal weight plus 100 red also. the colors shift slightly if you are over 65, etc.
They may have changed the color "assignments" for weight ranges since I bought the plan. It is dated 2005
Does that help?
Roberta
