Happy Saturday, all!
I've been counting my calories & not working out very much because I hurt my left knee-fell on a crack in a parking lot.
My normal workout routine is a treadmill but I bought a set of bellydance fitness tapes the other day which I HIGHLY RECOMMEND by the Bellytwins-Neena and Veena-well structured routine. I want to learn that and have some fun and feel sexy! IF interested, go to bellytwins.com.
There's also a class at our apt. complex that I'm going to this Friday also.
I am very aware of my sweet tooth and have been staying away from the cookies once a week as well as nondairy desserts!
I weighed myself this AM and gained 2 pounds but that just gave me more motivation to succeed!
until then, I'll get some support undergarments and wait for the day I'm down into the 120's again!
