I can totally see it! I think it is harder to see when it's yourself. It looks like you are losing evenly all over, which is great, but harder to detect at first I think. I can see it though, trust your scale on this one. You're doing fabulous! Keep up the good work!

BTW, you look cute with or without make-up.

There IS a difference. Especially in the side view...its a LOT narrower.

Its so hard to see it on yourself, so I understand, but believe me, the difference is there.

I guess I'll take ya'lls word for it. I was starting to feel like maybe the scale is wrong, or I was imagining those numbers going down LOL. But I guess I am just losing a little bit everywhere so I can't tell.

I'm exactly the same! 31 pounds gone...it says so on the scale...I can fit into size 14s again, any number of people have remarked that I've "lost a lot of weight." So I know intellectually it's working but I don't see it visually. Sometimes I think I do, lol, but most times I look at what's still there and see no difference whatsoever. It's really weird. It's like when you look into a mirror every day and see what you see but then you look at a photograph and see something different. I always wondered what it would be like to just step out of my body and see and hear myself as other people do, not as a reflection or recording or image. Actually, the way I see myself right now is similar to your pictures at 199...similar body type, we even have similar hair. Except I don't show my forehead, I like bangs, lol.

But to answer your question, yes I do see it in your pictures...and I ain't lyin'! So if it's working for you, it must be working for me.

It's really scary posting these to be honest, but atleast you guys can tell a little bit. NONE of my friends have noticed, except my fiancee. I was starting to get discouraged.

Wouldn't that be wonderful? It would have saved me gaining about 70 pounds that's for sure.

Thank you guys so much. I feel much more like a loser now

There is a great big ole' difference. You are much narrower.

You really are a very pretty girl at any weight. You deserve to be the best YOU and I'm so proud of you for taking care of your weight issues while you are so young. You are doing a wonderful thing for yourself. You have much to be proud of. Keep up the amazing work.

Most definitely looking slimmer, sometimes I don't see it myself either and it does get discouraging. Just keep up the good work, it'll pay off in the end.

SockMonkey,
Are you kidding me? You look absolutey fantastic!
I know what you mean about not being able to tell. I'm heavy too, I started at 243 and now I'm at 215. But during this weight loss, my sister kept telling "wow, you look like you lost alot of weight". But all the time I thought I looked the same, except the my clothes were fitting loser.
It's a mental thing. Our mind hasn't caught up yet.
And for your friends not to notice, they must be totally blind. . . or jealous?!
Good Job!

I see a big difference - your belly is getting smaller, and your waist is looking more defined.

Way to go on the first 25lbs! Congrats!
