Default Low Carb Weigh in (should have been) 3/15
Ladies... nO weigh in this week????? Were we all on vacation? I can't let that happen, so I started this a few days late. Better late than never (Plus I had a loss, so I have to sing about it!)

Mr. Scale, I love you so...
I am lighter this you know...
196 on the scale you see...
That number means there is less of me!

Three pounds gone, Mr. Scale it's true!
I'm so happy I don't know what to do!
Three more pounds by Friday that would be
Leaving me ecstatic at 193!

Well I have ,ost from a few days ago but that is not as good as it seems i am retaining fluid from ham and hot dogs and tons of carbs. On friday i weighed 179!!!! 10 lbs up!!!

I know it is water and that is why i am mad. I know not to look at the numbers and all but it still gets to me. I am down another 1 today at the cost of peeing 3 times last night.

I LOVE to pee, as long as it means that i weigh less! I hope I am up all night tonight peeing!!!
