Cool Finally reached the 10lbs loss mark

I wanted to reach lossing 10lbs by the end of last week. Well I had a lost .4 by Thursday and was somewhat annoyed. I went in yesterday and was down 2lbs to give me a loss from May22-yesterday as a 12lb loss.

I finally got one of those yellow bracelets. kinda nice to keep you in check and remind you you made 10lbs so far.

That explains why my capri dress pants were to big at the party this weekend. I even put the belt on and still could feel them falling off me.

Thought it would take for ever to see double digit loss finally it came.

Hope you all are POP and losing as you want.

Thanks so much!

Our COD gives out these rubber braclets they are like the Lance Armstrong ones. they are in different colors based on your weight loss you have made.

I think they are suppose to give them out at 5lbs, 10lbs, then 20 and so on up to I think 100 lbs. she never gave me a 5lb one though . I had someone from another LAWL filling in.

they say LAWL and then it also says "I Lost 10lbs". Keeps you in check and reminds you of your progress. She said alot of woman like them when they have that urge to eat off plan they see it and makes them think 2x.

Is that _____ worth gaining back any weight???

Way to Go Steph!!!

Those first ten pounds always feel awesome!!! The last 10 pounds, however, are very hesitant to go, I've found..

ya Dan I have heard that. The COD said I should go try on some new things see what size I am now. I think I will wait another month though. If I don't see a BIG size change I will just get P.O about it.

thanks for the congrats too.
those first 10lbs really do feel better then I thought it would.

I even ate a extra starch by having a piece of cheesecake and still did good.
coarse I have not " cheated " at all until that piece of cake. that was my reward i guess.

I agree with you Steph...I didn't try on any new clothes until 20 pounds. I didn't want to be disappointed.
I do like the bracelet idea...that's really cool.

I agree on the non food treat. i am thinking I am going to go this weekend to get my hair colored and highlighted. I never do much for myself with having 4 kids I am on the back burner( my fault totally). there is this really cool salon about 30 miles away. think I need to pay them a visit!

I think I will do this every 10lbs something look forward to~

I do 10 pound rewards, too. At 10, I got a massage. At 20, I got a pedicure and some new tops. At 30, I'll get a massage again
