Help!
Okay, so i am in highschool, and so (obviously) i live at home. My mom does not cook healthy at all. Most of the time it is something that came out of a box/bag, and put in the over for 20 min. Never any fresh foods.
Sooooo.....here is what i need. I need some recipes that are:
-easy, so that i can make them myself
-relatively quick to make (so im not in the kitchen for very long)
-that i can make in small portions (if i have a bunch of leftovers my mom will be mad)
- use foods that are common and can be found at a local grocery store (so that i can tell my mom exactly what to buy)
My mom gets mad when i dont eat what the family eats, so i dont want to be in the kitchen cooking something for very long cuz she'll get mad.
Recipes that have cooked veggies in them would be great because i dont like raw veggies therefore i rarely eat veggies because my mom never cooks them.
So if you can either give me some recipes or point me in the right direction that would be great.
