The Challenge:
Each day you are POP your name will go into a drawing and at the end of the two weeks I will draw a name for the secret "As Seen On TV" prize! The challenge is to be perfectly on plan for two weeks. This means, weigh and measure all your food, eat everything on your plan, drink all your water and NO cheats.
What to do: Post your daily menu in this thread, be sure to include what plan you are on. See example below:
Red w/ Lites
1: 6 R/F Wheat Thins, 2 oz Lean Corn Beef, Apple (S, ½ P, F)
2: LA Biscotti (F, S)
3: Caramel Deluxe Lite, Graham Cracker (Lite, S)
4: 6 oz Salmon, 2 Cups Pepper (P, 2Vs)
5: Cookie Dough Lite, 2 R/F String Cheese (Lite, D)
6: 8 oz Grilled Chicken Breast, 8 Cherry Tomatoes, 1 Tsp Olive Oil (P, 2Vs, Fat)
7: 12 Strawberries (F)

Oooo, I'd love to join you for 2 weeks of POP eating.
But Friday I will be out of town all day. I'm bringing my magic bullet, berries and lite shake for breakfast and packing snacks, but lunch will be either Jack in the Box Asian salad or Carl's charbroiled chicken salad. Can I still count POP for Friday?
