My premenstral cravings are always for beef and other red meats (I even start to wish that lamb and goat were easier to obtain in the US around that time, just for variety). I really wouldn't mind a vegetarian diet except during "that week."
Hmm very interesting :-) Bread, toast Nitrogen High protein foods: fish, meat, nuts, beans - that would coincide with my not eating much bread and gravings if I munch on almonds thru out the day
