Default nutrition info for meals

Is there a place I can go and input ingredients to find nutritonal value of a recipe? Something that is quick and easy if there is anything please. I have a few recipes I have gotten off of this board that I was wondering about. Thanks in advance for all help.

Try www.fitday.com. It's free. Just pretend that a day's food is the recipe ingredients and then divide the results by the number of servings.

I will try that. I went to fit day to try it out earlier and couldn't figure out what I was doing, but will try again. Thanks.
