I have finally lost 20lbs which was my first goal. It took me from Jan 19, 2007 until today. Just about 5 months. I certainly won't win any speed records, but who cares?

congrats...woohoo...i'm just shy of the 20 and its taken me a long time too...but congrats...20 is 20 no matter how long it takes. keep up the excellent work.

That is AWESOME that's about 5 pounds a month for a bit over a pound a week that's GREAT! Be very proud.
