Question Kinda stupid question...

but can anyone tell me how to make a WW friendly trail mix? I know there's some math involved but I suck at math so I need someone to lay it out for me. I want to make my own with stuff I like cause usually store brought trail mix is A) very high point and B) usually has one or two ingrediants I don't like.

be careful about the things you put in your trail mix -- I found for me it wasn't worth it. I did the nuts alone and a small little baggie (about 2 tbsp) was about 3 points. (I weighed each type of nut on the WW food scale...so it was very accurate!).

I found this one while surfing the net. It could be an alternative to trail mix. Hope this helps.

I also make my own trail mix, this way I only have what I like in it, place them in a small plastic bag, all about portion control!! I count out each item, like almonds, raisins, cranberries, choc chip and then divide each item evenly into each bag

like silvered almonds-1/4 c, cranberries-1/3 c, choc chips-2 tbls,{try 1 of choc and 1 of van} raisins-1/4 c, so that is 12pts, {4,2,4,2} I then count out each item, depending on how many points I want to spend. Of course the points will depend on how much and what you put in. I don't make this too often, but there are times during the month, that I need that saltly sweet.

that'd take too long... I just eat whatever trail mix I have, but not too much.
