Game: This or That....Diet Style
Give a choice of two things (but let's try and keep it diet centered). The next person identifies which he/she prefers and then comes up with a new choice of two things.
For example:
Atkins or Calorie Counting
(answer)
Calorie Counting
(new choice)
Brown Rice or Quinoa
Get it?
So here is the choice:
Morning Exercise or Evening Exercise

ooooo. I love them both but I'd have to say blueberries.
Maybe you can answer this. I have diverticulitis as just about everyone on here knows. I can't have blackberries because of the seeds. Are strawberries in the same category? I've never noticed seeds with them.
summer or winter squash?

Winter, if I have only those to choose from (actually I like Acorn best)
Strawberries have the seeds on the outside--you can see them, but they are smaller than blackberries and raspberries.
Broccoli or Brussels Sprouts?
