Default 1/3 of the Weight is gone = 20 pounds

From a high of 200.0 in mid-March......the scale this morning said 180.0!

Started getting serious about losing (counting calories, Curves 3x week, plus any other little bits of exercise I can get around the house) on April 13th, when I weighed 197.0.

Now I almost ready to say goodbye to the 180's - a welcome change from the 190s, but I can't say I'll miss them.

Thanks! I have had some "help". I'm breastfeeding twins, and I produce about 1000 calories of milk a day. Some of the weight I gained during pregnancy was put on to have stores for breastfeeding, and the weight is supposed to be going on my babies now. Each baby has gained about 10 pounds from her lowest weight, so it really has gone on them! I am now back to my prepregnancy weight, so my weight loss is going to slow dramatically I imagine.

Thanks everyone! I'm unsure how the next 20 pounds will go. I know it will take a lot longer than the first 20 pounds, and I imagine it will be tempting to think that I'm done. That's why 3FC is so important to me! I know that there is a visable difference in my body, because some people notice, but I feel like there's not enough for mini-goal pictures. Maybe at the halfway point?

I've been doing this for over a month now, and I'm still excited about losing weight. I see each day as a challenge that I can meet. I have started to take better care of myself, too. I won't go out in my sweatpants anymore (unless it's to the GYM!), and before those were the only clothes I had! I am wearing jewelry again. I put lotion on my whole body after I get out of the shower. I may even experiment with wearing makeup - just some eyeliner / eyeshadow, something subtle. I've made a total 180 degree turn from my former self, and I'm running away from it as fast as I can.
